learning solutions that empower students and professionals
Hi! I’m Anna. I’m an instructional designer with over a decade of experience in adult education, curriculum development, and professional training. My work bridges technical content with engaging, learner-centered design—whether I'm building online courses, developing assessments, or collaborating with subject matter experts in engineering, environmental health, or psychology.
Currently at the National Environmental Health Association, I lead the design of online/asynchronous and virtual training programs for food safety and emergency preparedness professionals. I manage full-cycle instructional design projects, partnering with SMEs, videographers, and graphic designers to deliver interactive, industry-aligned learning solutions.
Previously, I designed technical and soft skills training for over 9,000 global volunteers at Engineers Without Borders USA, and served as a faculty member and program lead at Regis University, where I taught and mentored adult learners in applied psychology, and led our department through an online-forward course curriculum conversion process.
I bring a collaborative approach to projects, with skills in eLearning development, video editing, project management, and inclusive instructional strategy. I’m especially passionate about building learning experiences that support both new and experienced professionals in real-world environments.
